RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
The customer has 30 calendar days to return an item from the date it was received. To be eligible for a return, the item purchased must be in excellent conditions, unused and/or in the same conditions as you received it. The item must be in its original packaging and needs to have any proof of purchase.
The client is responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your item we will check it and immediately send you a confirmation of receipt and in addition to this, we will notify you about the status of your refund after inspecting it.
If your return is approved, we will proceed with the refund to your credit card, debit card or directly via wire transfer. Please notice you will receive the refund within certain days according to your bank/card issuer’s policy.
